AJK college of arts and sciences was established in the year 2007. It has been considered a well known new age Institute providing education in varied fields.
It is NAAC and ISO certified, also recognized by the University Grants commission.

They offer courses at undergraduate level , postgraduate level, certificate courses, diploma courses.
Apart from that, they also focus on vocational training courses and outcome based learning.

Undergraduate courses include BBA with computer applications, B.sc in biotechnology, computer science, artificial intelligence and machine learning, digital and cyber forensic science, computer science and data analytics, costume design and fashion, electronics and visual communications, Bachelors of computer application, Bachelors of commerce in banking and insurance and professional accounting.

Two courses are offered at postgraduate level which are masters of commerce and masters of science in computer science.
To promote research activities, they have a research advisory committee which supervises the research activities.
