About the college 

Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research [AIACTR] is an institution located in New Delhi. It was established in 2001 and is affiliated to the Government of NCT of Delhi. The purpose for its foundation is to be a centre for technical knowledge and skills that is conducive to encouraging the research sides of the students, so they can be competent technocrats of the industry in the future. Apart from classrooms, the institute offers facilities like library, laboratories, computer lab and student activities for the benefit of the students. Academically, all required technical courses are offered to the students.  

AIACTR Admission 2024 

The degree programs offered by the institute are each the duration of 4 years. These are B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (Big Data Analytics) (Certified Software Development Associate),  B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (Internet of Things) and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence) (Electronic Centralized Aircraft Monitor).

The postgraduate degrees are offered as M.Tech in Information Security, Digital Communications, Very Large-Scale Integration, or Artificial Intelligence. 

Eligibility

To be considered for the B.Tech degree, one must have previously completed the 10+2 examination with a prerequisite study of science subjects like maths, physics, chemistry and biology. JEE Mains score will also be referred.

To be considered for the M.Tech degree, one must have previously completed Bachelor's in the relevant group of subjects and must also present their GATE scores, which will be the basis on which they will receive IPU-CET counselling for course-selection.

Process 

To secure a seat at the institute, the candidate must visit the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University website to register. After this, they must fill in information onto the online application forms and attach official documents (soft copies). Based on the merit list of JEE Mains (for UG) or GATE scores (for PG) with your previous scores, the portal will conduct counselling sessions to help you decide on your preferred course and college before finalising the seat.
