About the college

Aurora’s Engineering College [AEC] is located in Nalgonda, Telangana. It was established in the year 1998 by the Aurora Educational Society. It is affiliated to  Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) and is recognised by AICTE. The institution strives to be a conductor of excellence among the students, thus moulding young talent into professionals who are innovative, intuitive and academically competent. In order to enable such an environment, some services offered are library, transport, canteen, hostels, sports activities, and a range of clubs to suit the interest of the student. In the case of academic programs, both postgraduate and undergraduate courses are offered for the best possible outcomes of the student. 

AEC Admission 2024 

B.Tech and M.Tech degrees are offered to the students of Aurora's Engineering College [AEC]. The Bachelor’s of Technology is offered as subjects of Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering. 

The Master’s of Technology is offered in subjects such as Computer Science and Engineering, Machine Design, VLSI Design, and Structural Engineering. A Master of Business Administration can also be pursued by students from AEC. 

Eligibility 

In terms of criteria for B.Tech/B.E degrees, students need to have a 10+2 qualified certification, while for M.tech, a qualification in a B.Tech degree is necessary to be eligible. 

Process

Selection for admissions will happen, for B.Tech through their rank in the Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET), and for M.Tech degrees, through Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET). Application forms, separate for B.Tech and M.Tech, are available to be accessed from the college website in PDFs that can be easily downloaded from the Admissions page of the website. Firstly, the students are required to print and thereafter complete the document with personal and education information, in their own handwriting. Later, once selected, they must attach, with the application, copies of mark sheets, community, transfer and conduct certificate. The form will then have to be submitted to the college office.
