Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology [CIHMCT] was founded in 1973 as a private institution and is situated in the capital city of Punjab, Chandigarh. The most peculiar thing about this institution is that it started as a Food Craft Institute in 1973 and then reformed in 2006 as the Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
