Dr Ziauddin Ahmad Dental College is located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. The institution was established in the year of 1996. The college is popularly known as AMU Dental College Aligrah and it is one of the reputed government dental colleges in Uttar Pradesh. The college is affiliated to Aligarh Muslim University. The dental college was one of the missions of the university. The university was established in 1875 by Sir Syed Ahmad Khan and it started its functioning on the year 1875 May 24. The institution is approved by the Dental Council of India. Also the college is recognized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

The college provides all the facilities for the students. They have a well established library named The Maulana Azad Library. The Maulana Azad Library is a primary library. The university also has a central library. They also have departmental libraries as well as college libraries. The foundation of the library was in 1877. The foundation was laid at the time of establishment of the college Mohammedan Anglo-Oriental by 1st Earl of Lytton, then viceroy of India Robert Bulwer-Lytton. Later it was renamed as Lytton Library. The seven-storied building which is the current building of  was inaugurated by the first prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. Later in 1960 the library was named after Abul Kalam Azad who was the first education minister of the independent India Maulana Azad. The institution has well educated faculty members, who have good experience in the field. They are available for the students every time to give all the support. The college also provides hostel facilities for both girls and boys. Transportation facilities are available easily as the college is situated in a place where all the transportation facilities are supported and nearby.
