The Institute of Architecture is one of the institutions participating in the Knowledge City Project's initial phase. The Academic City concept is the first of its type in Kerala, and it is poised to pave the way for a dramatic change in raising educational standards across the state. Eranad Knowledge City will be at the front of this change. The Knowledge City will feature a diverse range of educational institutions in one location, covering all main aspects of the learning and living standards, on par with prominent worldwide educational institutions. Admission

The prospectus outlines the norms and procedures for selection and admission to B.Arch. programmes at Eranad Knowledge City College of Architecture in Cherukulam, Manjeri. 50 percent of the places are acquired from the list of the Kerala Government's Common Entrance Examination. According to government regulations, the remaining 35% of seats are under managerial quota and 15% are under NRI quota. Diploma holders are eligible for lateral entrance seats, according to government notice.

Conditions of Eligibility
Architecture Course: Candidates who have passed 10+2 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or examinations recognised as equivalent thereto, with Mathematics as a subject of examination, with 50 percent aggregate marks / Candidates who have passed 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/State Governments, with 50 percent weighted average marks / Candidates with Ib Diploma Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50 percent aggregate marks / Candidates with International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with Furthermore, candidates must obtain 40% (80 out of 200) on the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).10+2 or similar exams with Mathematics as a subject and 50 percent aggregate marks OR 10+3 Master (any stream) with Arithmetic as one of the subjects and 50 percent aggregate marks.

Furthermore, applicants must obtain 70 marks out of 200 (35 percent) for (NATA) 2019 on or before June 10, 2019.

Reserved category (SC/ST/SEBC) applicants must also have received 40 percent in NATA, according to Council of Architecture rules.
