The Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Panipat (IHM Panipat) is a government institute located in Panipat, Haryana, India. IHM Panipat is the first Catering college in Haryana established in 1973. When it was started, it had a two year Diploma course in Hotel Management and three one year Diploma in Food Production,  Food & Beverage Service,  Hotel Reception and Book-Keeping under the Department of Tourism, Haryana. Institute of Hotel Management Panipat is affiliated to the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (Ministry of Tourism, Government of India).

2. Diploma in Food Production

• Duration: 1 year and 6 months
• Eligibility: Cleared 12th board exam or equivalent with English as one of the subject
