Jharkhand Rai University is a private institute in Ranchi, Jharkhand. It was established in 2011 under Jharkhand Rai University Act, 2011 by Jharkhand State Legislature.

This institute has been divided into seven departments namely department of pharmacy, department of agriculture, department of physiotherapy, department of law, department of management, department of computer science and IT, department of mining engineering.
They offer 10 courses at undergraduate level including BBA, BCA, LLB, BA. LLB, B.pharma, BA logistics, B.tech computer science, B.sc agriculture hons, Btech mining and bachelor of physiotherapy.
MBA, MCA and M.sc agriculture are offered at postgraduate level. They also offer diploma and doctoral courses.
Admission can be taken by filling in the online application form available on the website. They also provide the facility of education loans. Also they have a reservation policy for different categories.
Infrastructure and facilities include high tech building, library, computer laboratory, dedicated agriculture land, fully automated polyhouse, pharmacy laboratory, physiotherapy laboratory, law moot court, classroom and seminar room, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, language lab, hostel and mess facilities, and a canteen.
