KM Shah Dental College and Hospital is a unit of the Sumandeep Vidyapeeth. It was established in 1999. The college spreads over an area of 9.5 acres. The college campus has a medical college namely S.B.K.S. Medical Institute & Research Center and has an attached hospital namely Dhiraj Hospital. The college is located at Vadodara in the state of Gujarat. The objective of the college is to create dental consciousness by initiating dental care and dental education in India.

The college offers undergraduate Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course, postgraduate Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) course, Diploma course in Dental Mechanics, Ph.D. course in the following branches:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 For admission in BDS course:-

The student must pass the class 12 exam with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects. The student must qualify the NEET entrance exam with 50% aggregate marks.

For admission in MDS course:-

The student must complete the BDS (Bachelor of dental surgery) degree from a recognized university.

STUDENT INTAKE

The student intake for every year in the BDS course is 100.

FEES STRUCTURE

The annual fees for MDS is INR 9.5 Lakhs and for BDS is INR 3.75 Lakhs.

The annual fees for the Diploma course is INR 47,000 and for Ph.D. is INR 70,000.
