Ahmedabad Education Society established L.D. Arts College in 1937. During the rule of foreign people, the college started to build the spirit of nationalism and humanism among the young generation to attain a combination of their personality and academic excellence. This college gives the best education to the girls and boys so that they can understand their responsibility and commitment towards the trends of the society.

Admission Process

There is an admission form available for students in the administrative department for Rs.10/-. 

Admission form should be submitted with documents: 

  • S.S.C.Marksheet (One photocopy)
  • H.S.C.Marksheet (Original+Two photocopies)
  • School Leaving Certificate (only Certified Photocopy)
  • Duly Filled AdmissionForm
  • 3 Passport size Photographs

For admission students have to give the H.S.C.Examination in English at First Attempt.

Students who are coming from another state or universities should have provisional eligibility certificates. 

 

Courses and Eligibility 

  • Undergraduate for 3 years in english/gujrati (language) - 480 seats
  • Postgraduate for 2 years in english/gujrati (language)- 400 seats
  • M.Phil for 1 year in english (language) - 2 seats 
  • Ph.D for 2 years in english (language) - 12 seats
