NLUJAA Admission 2024 | National Law University and Judicial Academy UG & PG Course Last Date

NLUJAA was established by Assam Government with the enactment of the National Law School and Judicial Academy, Assam Act, 2009 (Assam Act No. XXV of 2009). The Chief Justice of Guwahati High court is the chancellor of the university. NLUJAA promotes modern legal education and research facilities to students and scholars. 

The most common way of preparing and guidance is intelligent, with adequate Utilization of the general media helps. A consistent and through assessment process happens as commonsense preparing which incorporates Seminars, Projects, Viva-voce just as hypothesis classes are granted so as to give an all encompassing advancement of the legitimate abilities and the character. A careful and comprehensive assessment framework is one of the signs of NLUJAA.

The Law University has facilitated the North Eastern Round of Surana and Surana Moot Court Competition in the year 2012. Dr. Gurjeet Singh Memorial National Moot Court Competition is sent off from 2017 as a leader of the NLUJAA.

 

NLUJAA Admission 2024

Eligibility

  • Students must have passed 10+2/Equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD)
  • Candidates should be below 20 years of age as on 1st July. (22 years in case of SC/ST/PWD)

 

Courses

  • B.A.LLB - 60 seats - Passed 10+2/Equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks 
  • LL.M- 10 seats - Passed LL.B. (3-year/5-year Integrated) Degree Examination from any UGC/NLUJAA recognised university with at least 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD)
