Once completed, the registration must be sent along with a cross-demand draught for 500 INR made out to Shree Devi Institute of Physiotherapists and issued on banking in Mangalore.
The enrollment cost is non-refundable.
Applicants for the "Bachelor of Physiotherapy" programme must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admissions year.

Transfer the two-year pre-university (10+2) evaluation of a recognized institution or committee with English as being one of the language families and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects or any evaluation of a long been associated, with a minimum score of 40% (for students in Karnataka, 35% for SC/ST/OBC) in the combined fields such As physics, Molecular biology, and Biology.
M.P.T :
Applicants must have received a B.Sc.(PT) or BPT major with at least 50% of the total possible points from a college in India or overseas that Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences recognises as comparable.
