The Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society founded Shri Guru Gobind Singh Law College in 2005 at its interim location in Indore. With the slogan "Aspire and Achieve," the Institute has quickly established itself as a Center of Excellence in the field of legal education.

SGGS Admission 2024 

B.A., LL.B. (Hons) 

5 year course in B.A., LL.B. (Hons). The B.A., LL.B. Five Years' Integrated Course was created with the goal of saving students who want to become lawyers one full year. After successfully completing the first two years, a B.A. (Law) degree is conferred, and three years are devoted to obtaining of law, for a total of six years. As a result, you will save a whole year.

3 year LL.B. (Hons) Course

The College provides a three-year degree programme. The course is divided into six semesters every year. The student is entitled for the LL.B degree after successfully completing the three-year course. If a student wishes to study law for the purpose of knowledge but does not seek to practise as an advocate, he is eligible for the LL.B (General) Degree at the completion of the second year of the three-year LL.B course.

2 Year LL.M. Course

The college provides LL.M. 2 Year Courses with the assistance of skilled and motivated faculty. All courses are delivered in accordance with the new curriculum, and we have cutting-edge infrastructure to assist students in gaining more information. In the course of providing these courses, we take personal care of each student.

Facilities 

Placements & In-Course Internships:
 Through a placement cell comprised of a placement coordinator and students, the institute strives to find employment placements for their students. To give students with as much professional exposure as possible, internships for practical training with High Court judges, famous attorneys, and legal companies are provided for 4th and 5th year students, and court visits for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year students. Furthermore, all students are encouraged to work for a few hours on working days at Lawyers Chambers in Indore, according to availability of time.

Library 

The richness of an institute resides in its well-equipped library, which is the heart of every academic institution; with this in mind, a suspiciously conditioned library and a reading hall are accessible. The Library houses a large collection of text books, reference books, national and international journals, manuals, periodicals, magazines, and newspapers, as well as an e-library with printing and photocopying capabilities. This is supplemented with a student research cell, which allows students to study until late at night.

Computer Lab: 

The Institute features a fully functional computer lab equipped with 65 Pentium Computers running the most recent operating systems. Students are encouraged to pursue a career in computer and information technology. To prepare students for today's competitive environment. The Institute subscribes to websites such as manupatra.com, westlaws.com, and SSC online, as well as a collection of law-related CD ROMs such as supreme Court case finder, among others. All of the students are well-versed in the use of cutting-edge technologies in the field of law. Students have access to resources such as the Internet via leased lines and LCD projectors, among other things. The Network Administrator helps students learn how to utilise and use computers and information technology. The Internet is also available to the student Research Cell .

Multi-Purpose Hall: 

The Institute boasts a high-tech, completely air-conditioned Multi-Purpose Hall with seating for 300 people. The outstanding audio-video and lighting equipment aid in the seamless operation of functions.
