ACHIEVEMENTS -

Bilaspur University has gained an accreditation of grade "A" from NAAC. It has also been approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and Association of India Universities (AIU).

FACULTY -           

Bilaspur University is a Co-ed institution which is open equally for both men and women, and for all sections of the society. The university faculty is of modern infrastructure and filled with well-experienced professors and staff. There are 17 faculties in total and the number of students enrolled is 620. Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls separately, along with other medical and domestical facilities. The hostel facility is said to be excellent. Well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, library, sports ground, canteen, etc. are also available. It has an urban campus of 68 acres of land.

PLACEMENT -

Placement opportunities at Bilaspur University are considered quite decent. A placement cell is provided within the campus. Some of the top recruiters are Sparrow Softtech, Utkarsh Bank, etc. The highest package went around to ₹1.2 LPA at 2019.

This is a full-time regular on campus joint course. The duration of this course is 5 years and the fees is ₹13,410 per year. It is available for 2 streams : Computer Science and Food Technology.

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) + Master of Commerce (M.Com) :

This is a full-time regular on campus joint course. The duration of this course is 5 years and the fees is ₹8,410 per year. Available only for the stream of Commerce and financial studies.

• Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) :

This is a full-time regular on campus undergraduate course. The duration of this course is 3 years and the fees is ₹33,410 per year.

• Master of Science (M.Sc) :

This is a full-time regular on campus postgraduate course. The duration of this course is 2 years and the fees is ₹33,410 per year. Available only for the stream of Molecular biology and bioinformatics.
