About the College

The B.S.M. Law College in Nainital was founded in 1958 as a consequence of the community members' commitment to education and their generosity. When this college was founded, the BSM was Rudki's role in the committee's success is crucial, and Shri Kalka Prasadji's unwavering support and blessings as the university's former vice chancellor are also noteworthy. In 2001, the BSM Law College in Roorkee was founded. The university is northern India's first independent law school. Eligibility

A person with a 10+2 or 10+ diploma. SC and ST applicants must receive a minimum of 40% of the qualifying examination's total marks, whereas general category applicants must receive 45% of the total marks.

About the Course

LLB:- A three-year bachelor's in law is known as an LLB. The only requirement for enrollment in this law course is that candidates hold a high school diploma.

LLM:- LLM, or master of law, is a postgraduate programme that lasts two years. Due to the way the degree's course content is structured, the legal course is divided into four semesters. Students can only continue with LLM programmes after receiving their LLB degree.
