Eligibility

Candidates must have earned passing grades in both the 10th and Matriculation exams as well as the ITT course from a recognised board or institution. The basic qualifications for entrance into any M>ed course are B.Ed General, B.Ed (Special Education), B.Ed (Language Pandits), B.EL.Ed, D.EL.Ed, or MA. education with a cumulative 50% mark

UG Admission

Beginning with the academic year 2024–2023, all B. Ed. courses—which up until this point were one year courses—will be two-year courses. As a three-year degree programme is required for admittance into the B. Ed. programme, this indicates that a candidate may be qualified for a teaching position after five years of study.

PG Admission

The M.Ed. programme lasts for two academic years. Two semesters are used to divide up each school year. The first academic year's two semesters are known as semester I and semester II, whereas the second year's two semesters are known as semester III and semester IV. There must be a minimum of 16 weeks of education in each semester.
