St. Ann's College of Pharmacy provides the following undergraduate and postgraduate courses:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) :

This is a full-time regular on campus undergraduate course. The duration of this course is 4 years and the fees is ₹45,000 per year.

• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) :

This is a full-time regular on campus postgraduate course of duration of 2 years and a total fees of ₹110,000 per year. Available for 2 streams: Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Analysis & Quality Assurance.
