ABOUT THE COLLEGE

Ataur Rahman college of education was established in the year 2005 in the state of Assam to promote the value of education among its students. The college offers the course of Bachelor of Education to its students under the field of education. The college has been successful in giving the best of teachers to the country. The faculty is well experienced with the knowledge of present day requirements. The institution believes in imparting value education to all its students. The facilities include that of a canteen, sports facility, hostel accommodation facility for outstation students, auditorium, huge classrooms, and spacious library. Also, the college is approved by NCTE.

The admission procedure starts with the filling up of the admission form by the interested candidates. The forms are made available online on the college website and endorsed through newspapers. The candidates must be aware of the eligibility criteria of the college. The documents required at the time of admission are- an aadhar card, community certificate, class 10th mark sheet, class 12th mark sheet, and graduation degree.

ELIGIBILITY

The eligibility criteria are 10+2+3. The candidate must have done graduation from any recognized institution. Also, all the documents must be original otherwise any discrepancy may lead to rejection of the seat of the applicant.

 UG ADMISSION

The college offers the course of B.Ed in the stream of education. The course is a full time, on campus, and regular in mode. The medium of teaching is English and the fee structure is decided by the college. The total intake capacity is that of 100 students in each batch. The students regularly and actively participate in various activities and bring laurels to the institution. Also, it encourages rural, backward students to complete their education and build a successful career.
