The university is famous for its 4 year full time course in bachelors of design and a 2 year full time masters of design in various fields such as industrial design, communication design, user experience design, interaction design, fashion design, transportation design, interior space and furniture design, retail design and animation design.

It also offers 5 year Integrated MDes and Phd in design with an option to pursue it for 3 years or 5 years. The students can get admitted to such a program only if they have M.des or other relevant degree with minimum aggregate marks of 50 percent, by passing avantika scholastic test and personal interview round.

To enrich the campus life and student experiences, there are different clubs mentors, student council, research opportunities, events and seminars.

They have made a good usage of technology to provide an excellent in campus and off campus exposure.
