The premier educational institution is located in Moga, Punjab, and is known as the Baba Mangal Singh Institute of Education. It is associated with Punjab University in Punjab and has been accredited by the NAAC as a grade B Institute. The personal Council for Teacher Education has given complete approval to the institute's course curriculum (NCTE). The college will administer two general degree programmes, one at the undergraduate level and the other two at the postgraduate level. The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and the Diploma in Elementary Education are these two courses (D.El.Ed). The course is on campus and will be delivered in normal forms in the regular modes. 

Eligibility criteria

Candidates interested in the bachelor's in education programme offered by the institute must have graduated from any university and from any stream with an average mark of 50% or its equivalent grading point in order to become eligible candidates, while candidates interested in the diploma in elementary education programme must have passed their 10 + 2 examination from any boards with at least 50% marks in their respective subjects.
