One of the nursing schools in Madhya Pradesh is the BIMR College of Nursing in Gwalior. It was founded in 2004 and is more commonly referred to as BIMR Nursing College Gwalior. Jiwaji University, Gwalior, is connected to the BIMR Nursing College in Gwalior. While courses like the Post Basic Diploma in Cardio Thoracic Nursing, Post Basic Diploma in Neurology Nursing, BSc Basic, Post Basic BSc, and MSc Nursing are affiliated with Jiwaji University, Gwalior, the college offers General Nursing & Midwifery GNM under the Mahakaushal Nurses Registration Council, Bhopal. The Indian Nursing Council has given B IMR Nursing College permission to provide the aforementioned courses.

Eligibility-

• For the Bachelor of Science in Nursing course the applicant must be at least 17 years old on December 31, 2018, or older. The candidates who turn 17 on January 1, 2019, or later, will not be eligible. The maximum age is 30 as of December 31, 2018; however, candidates from SC/ST are exempt from this restriction for a five-year period. A candidate for admission from a recognised institution must have at least 50% in the combined grades in four disciplines, including English (Core/Elective), Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, provided the applicant has earned passing grades in each subject independently.

• Candidates for admission in the Master of Science course of Nursing must have completed a graduate programme in B.Sc(N) with a minimum grade point average of 55% and one year of experience following registration.

UG Admissions-

The admission to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing course is given only if the candidate meets the eligibility criteria laid out by the college. For getting admission into the college the candidate must fill the application form given in the official site of the college and then must fill out all the important details given in it. Once that is done the candidate has to submit the form and then the admission process is carried out.

PG Admissions-

Only candidates who meet the requirements established by the college are admitted to the Master of Science in Nursing programme. The candidate must complete the application form found on the college's official website and enter all the required information in order to be considered for admission. The candidate must then complete the form and submit it before the admissions process may begin.
