CEPT University was formerly known as the Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology and is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This institution was established by the Ahmedabad Education Society in 1962 which was then followed by the establishment of School of building science and technology, School of Interior design and School of Planning In the coming years, respectively. This institution got the active support and aid from the Government of Gujarat, the Ford Foundation and the Ministry of Human Resource Development.

CEPT University offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses and programs in the fields of natural and development environment of human society and the faculties mentioned below:
