Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences university is a veterinary hospital in Ludhiana, Punjab. It was established in the year 2005 and is a government based university and is approved by the veterinary council of India (VCI) as well as from UGC also.
Mission
The main aim of the university is to promote livestock production in the society and to spread knowledge on health, diseases etc through integrated training and programs.

The total tution fees of one year course is ranging from ₹90,000 to ₹1.4Lakhs depending upon courses to courses and their duration as well.
Admission
Candidates who are interested in taking admission in the undergraduate course will have to pass 10+2 or any relevant exam and have to secure at least 50% marks and admission will be done on the basis of merit and for some course some other entrance marks were also considered like for taking admission in B.Tech admission will done on the basis of both JEE Main marks as well as their marks of 10+2 exam exam also.
Candidates who want to take admission in the post graduate course will have to appear for the AIEEA entrance exam and the basic eligibility criteria for a student is that they must have secured at least 55% in their Bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
