The college was established in the year 2008 with a view to meeting the demand for trained personnel in the field of Physical Education.The college is situated at Rewas-Dewda Road(5 km. away from Mandsaur Railway Station).The campus is equipped with Wi-Fi facility, playground & gymnasium along with boys and girls hostel.Mandsaur Institute of Physical Education,Mandsaur is the only Physical Education College under the Vikram University,Ujjain (M.P). The National Council for Teacher Education has acknowledged Mandsaur's own Mandsaur's own Mandsaur's own Mandsaur Institute of Physical Education as an accredited institution (NCTE). The Institute possesses teacher educators who are highly qualified, committed, and competent. These qualities enable them to mold the personalities of future teachers into effective professionals. Enrichment lectures and intellectual advice are provided to the trainees on a consistent basis by subject matter specialists from a wide range of subfields within physical education as well as visiting academics. The educational establishment welcomes students at the undergraduate level of study. It offers entrance into the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) programme for students at the undergraduate level. Online submission of applications is required in order to be considered for admission to the institution.

Eligibility

The prerequisites of a high school diploma and two additional years of education from an accredited school are necessary to be admitted into the Bachelor of Physical Education program.  

UG Admission

Candidates who wish to enrol in the university's undergraduate programmes must complete an online application found on the college's official website. Following that, they can gain admission based on merit or by giving an entrance exam.

PG Admission

At this time, the educational establishment does not provide any form of training or instruction at the postgraduate level.
