About the college

MLT College is located in the city of Saharsa, in the state of Bihar. The college was established in the year 1952. The Institute is affiliated with Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura , Bihar. The university has been accredited with the All India Council for Teachers Education ( AICTE) and University Grants Commission. The university is also titled as B.N. Mandal University.

The college offers admissions in the various courses under graduation and post graduation courses. Students who want to seek admissions in the college are asked to fill an application form for the admissions which is available on the official website of the college. A merit list is prepared for the students who get admissions in the various courses, on the basis of eligibility criteria and seats availability.

 Eligibility

The college offers many courses with certain eligibility criteria. For the under graduation courses the student is supposed to fulfill the basic eligibility criteria of passing 10 + 2 level education from a recognized board and score at least 55 % or equivalent in the relevant stream. To take admissions in the post graduation courses, a student is supposed to fulfill the basic eligibility criteria of passing graduation education from a recognized university and score at least 45% or equivalent as the passing score. There is some relaxation to children belonging to SC / ST / OBC category. 

UG Admissions

The college offers various courses in undergraduation such as Bachelor of Arts (BA) , Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) ,Bachelor of Science (B.sc), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). The courses offered by the college are full time on campus courses. 

PG Admissions 

The college offers Master of Arts ( MA) , Master of Science ( M. Sc) and Master of Commerce ( M. Com) . The courses offered by the college are on-campus degrees with full time availability.
