About the college

Mody University of Science and Technology also known as Mody University located in Laxmangarh in the state of Rajasthan, India. It is a private university established by Mr R.P. Mody in 1998 who was an industrialist and philanthropist. The motto of the university is “Nurturing excellence in Women” .

The university is accredited by UGC whose campus is expanded over an area of 265 acres. The student’s mess in Mody University is Asia’s second largest mess with 1800 dining capacity. It also have its own meditation structure named as “Tapovan” and a student auditorium.

Admission

The university offers admission in courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. At the undergraduate level, it provides admission in Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science and at the postgraduate level, it provides admission in Master of Technology, Master of Arts, Master of Commerce, Master of Science.

Eligibility

The seeking candidates must pass MU-SAT (Mody University Scholarship cum Admission Test) which is an all India rank or state level test. The students have to also go through a personal interview conducted by the University and are given admission on the basis of merit of candidates in the admission test.

UG Admission

Admission in undergraduate courses is done by entrance examination conducted by University at a national level. Furthermore, the minimum eligibility required to get admission is 10+2 from any recognized institution. The students can seek both online and offline mode of exam.

PG Admission

Candidates seeking postgraduate courses must have cleared the merit list of University test and should have undergraduate degree from any recognised institution.
