Nawada Vidhi Mahavidyalaya was established in the year 1988 with an intention of providing high standard education to meet the country's demands in the fields of law. The Institute has tied up with the Magadh University, Gaya and is recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for their course overview.

Admission will be allotted in this Institute for three different undergraduate program of law which will be conducted in the regular modes, out of which two are five years duration programs and the rest one is of three years duration which includes Bachelors of Arts plus Bachelors of law BA + LLB) Bachelors of Business and administration + Bachelors of law (BBA + LLB) and Bachelors of law (LLB) . 

Eligibility criteria

For the BA + LLB and BBA + LLB programs, the applicants are required to complete their intermediate examination with the aggregate of minimum 45% out of their total marks from any boards who conducted the relevant examination while for the LLB programs, the begins are expected to pass out their Bachelors Degree or masters degree and their relevant schemes with an average of overall Grade Point of 45% of the total marks. 

Admission Guidelines

Application form for this institute will be released in the month of June every year. Application for must be obtained from the instituted office only after the successful payment of application fees. Applicants who belong to the backward caste like scheduled caste or scheduled tribes for the applicants with poor condition will enjoy the featured relaxation in this Institute as per the rules of the institute as well as by the government of Bihar. Admission to the second year of 3rd year in the programs will be done as per the rules and regulation of the Magadh University. Candidates with an impressive Academy background will have a better chance of getting admission.
