Radha Govind University is a Ramgarh based university  in Jharkhand state of India. Though the state is noteworthy for its rich mineral mines and forestry and should have  been the richest state but due to remarkable lack of education, the state drifts oppositely and also known for its poor economic status and the irony strikes with the force of cartoon anvil. To sway away the poor financial status of the state, and elevate the literacy rate , the government established several educational institutes imparting basic elementary and higher education. Serving the same purpose, Radha Govind University was established in the year 2018.

The university was set up not only to compensate for the distinct lack of educational motivation but also to encourage students to pursue higher education thereby raising literacy rate but also to pursue vocational jobs which will gradually raise employability status and boost the economy of the state. Tackling the setback of poor literacy rate , university has moved ahead making significant progress in almost every aspect of education, economy and literacy. The privately owned university has recognition from University Grant Commission (UGC) and advances in nearly every field providing undergraduate, postgraduate degree and diplomas. The campus, spanning 50 acres of land, consists of departments in science, commerce, humanities , arts , mechanical science , technology , skill development and professional education. The institute comprises a total of above 45 programmes guarded by highly skilled faculty members of 45. Undergraduate courses include-
