ACHIEVEMENTS -

RGUKT has gained an accreditation of rank "C" from National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It is also recognized under University Grants Commission (UGC) as a state university and All India Council for Technological Education (AICTE).

RGUKT bears the mission "To create a Knowledge Hub for producing qualified manpower possessing Post Graduate and Doctoral qualification in different branches of Engineering."

FACULTY -            

  RGUKT is a Co-ed institution which is open equally for both men and women, and for all sections of the society. The university faculty is of modern infrastructure and filled with well-experienced professors and staff. There are 122 faculties in total and the number of students enrolled is 7500+. Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls separately, along with other medical and domestical facilities. The hostel facility is said to be excellent. Well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, library, sports ground, canteen, etc. are also available. It has a rural campus and the campus size is of 272 acres of land.

PLACEMENT -

RGUKT is said to have a comparatively good placement record. A placement cell is provided within the campus ground for recruitment of students. The top recruiters list includes Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Microsoft, etc. Around 30%-40% students get recruited every year from this university. The highest package is around 33 lakhs per annum and the average package is around 26 lakhs per annum. The lowest package goes about 10 lakhs per annum.

• Master of Technology (M.Tech) :

This is a full-time regular on campus postgraduate course. The duration of this course is 2 years and the fees is ₹95,000 per year. It is available for 4 streams: Mechanical engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, Computer science and engineering and Computational engineering.
