About the College

The Ranchi Ursuline Society founded, administrates, and manages the Lohardaga Ursuline Women's Teachers' Training College. It is a minority Christian religious organisation that was created and run in accordance with the guidelines in Article 30 of the Indian Constitution. The Ursuline Women's Teachers' Training College helps the students develop into well-rounded individuals who will carry the torch for the next generation, meet life's obstacles, appreciate human dignity, and help build the country. The Ursuline Women's Professors' Training College believes that its teachers and students will be completely receptive to absorbing knowledge and wisdom and will always be prepared to spread it widely. The college strives to clear the students' brains and hearts of all sorts of darkness, including ignorance, casteism, racism, pride, greed, and indifference. Regardless of caste or faith, the institution welcomes students for education, and graduates are expected to go out into the world and share their knowledge without reservation. Their aims in education include not just academic achievement but also the development of young women's moral and religious ideals as well as discipline and hard labour. These goals are intended to help pupils become prepared for life by encouraging intellectual prowess, moral sensitivity, religious tolerance, and national integration.

Ursuline Women's Teachers Training College Admission 2024

The college offers two programmes: a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and a Master of Education (M.Ed.). Both of the available courses are two-year programmes.

Eligibility

To be qualified to apply for the B.Ed. programme, a candidate must have graduated from a respected university; however, to apply for the M.Ed. the candidate must have earned a B.Ed. from a reputed university.
