Aligarh Institute of ParaMedical Sciences is situated in Aligarh. It was established in the year 1993 and is under the affiliation of U.P. State Medical Faculty. It is run by the Executive Body of Aligarh Unani and Ayurvedic Medical College.
It is also recognised by the government of Uttar Pradesh. It offers a diploma in optometry and physiotherapy.It has some amazing facilities like gym, auditorium, lab facilities and hostel.

In order to get admission in the diploma course one must have already completed their 10+2 schooling from a recognised board. They must have 50 percentage marks in their final school examination.

Eligibility
The candidates who want to get admission in the diploma course must have passed their 10+2 schooling from a recognised board. They must have passed their examination with 50 percentage marks. They must have done their schooling with the subject combination of physics, chemistry, biology or mathematics.
UG course
The diploma is a 3 years full time on campus course. It is offered in two disciplines which are optometry and physiotherapy. The full course fee is Rs 16000.
