Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Admission 2024

 

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is spread across five campuses in three states of India. Amrita School of  Arts and Sciences works under Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi which has a total five campuses found in three states of the country. The college is located at Brahmasthanam Temple Complex at Edappally,  Kochi, Kerala. The school  provides education in various disciplines and has UG, PG and doctoral programs to offer to the students.

 

COURSES AND RESPECTIVE ELIGIBILITY

 

UG Courses

 

  1. BBA(Logistics Management) : A candidate must have passed (10+2) examination with minimum 50% marks. 
  2. BCom(Taxation and Finance) : A candidate must have passed (10+2) examination with minimum 50% marks.
  3. BCom( Finance and IT): A candidate must have passed (10+2) examination with minimum 50% marks.
  4. BSc(Visual Media) : A candidate must have passed (10+2) examination with minimum 50% marks

 

PG Courses

 

  1. M.C.A (Lateral Entry): B.C.A, B.Sc (C.Sc/I.T) with Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects.
  2. Master of Fine Arts: A candidate must have done graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
  3. M.A (English): A candidate must have done B.A (English) with minimum 50% marks.
  4. M.J.M.C: A candidate must have done graduation in any discipline with minimum  50%marks.
  5. M.Com (Finance and Systems): A candidate must have done B.Com/B.B.M/B.B.A/ B.Sc (Banking) with minimum 50% marks.
  6. M.Sc (Mathematics): A candidate must have acquired graduation with Mathematics as one of the main subjects with minimum 50% marks.
  7. M.A. (Visual Media & Communication) and M.A. (Corporate Communication & Advertising): A candidate must have done  graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.

 

Integrated Programs

 

Integrated courses (BCA+MCA, B.Sc+M.SC, B.A+M.A) are also available: A candidate must have passed (10+2) examination with minimum 50% marks in any stream from a recognized board. 

 

Research Programs

 

M.Phil and Ph.D. programs in Computer and IT, Visual Media and Communication, English Language and Literature, Mathematics, Commerce and Management : A candidate must have a  Master’s degree with minimum 65% marks.

 

PROCEDURE FOR THE ADMISSIONS

 

The admissions are based on merit and the college also conducts fully online interviews to assess the students who will be able to take admissions.
