About the college

 Assisi College of Nursing [ACN], Kottayam is a private college Affiliated with

Kerala Health University. It was established in the year 2012 to mould its students into nurses for leadership positions in nursing and health fields who can function as specialist nurse practitioners, educationists, administrators and researchers in a wide variety of professional settings in meeting the changing needs of society. The faculty here is well experienced and has a way of making the students gain interest and knowledge both at the same time and also ensures a cordial student-teacher relationship. The infrastructure is well maintained with various other facilities that are required by the teachers and students.

ACN Admission 2024

The college offers admission to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The duration of the programme shall be four years. Internship integrated practice is incorporated with respective practical hours each year. 6 weeks of vacation including public holidays, Year break & Festive holidays shall be given in each year. The total number of seats available is 40 and the management quota includes 18 seats in total if anyone is interested in applying through it.

Eligibility

• Pass in Pre-Degree exam of Kerala University /Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Kerala or the Equivalent examination approved by Kerala University of Health Sciences with 50%marks in physics, chemistry, Biology and English put together.
• The applicants should have completed 17 years of age on 31at December of the admission year. No upper age limit.
• A good character and conduct certificate is required.
• A certificate to prove no physical or mental disabilities.

 UG Admissions

• Fill out the application form in accordance with the details asked by the university.
• Filling with any wrong information or suppression of information may result in punitive action.
• Candidates who want to be considered under the sports category should produce a certificate contained from the concerned university's Physical Director.
• The documents such as photocopies of +2 mark sheet, character certificates and Aadhar card must be submitted along with the application.
• Payment once done cannot be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.
