About the college

Bafakhy Yatheem Khana Arts and Science College For Women is affiliated with Calicut university. The college was started in 2004 and mainly aims in uplifting the economic and socially weaker sections of society. It focuses on instructions for liberal arts and pure sciences although they frequently include programs and faculty in fine arts, social sciences, and other disciplines as well. The courses offered are Bachelor of commerce in Banking and Finance, Bachelor of Science in chemistry, computer science and Psychology, Bachelor of Arts in English and sociology and Bachelor of Business administration. The course duration is of 3 years and is conducted offline and therefore consists of 6 semesters, the exams of which will be conducted offline mode.

Eligibility

The students seeking to take admission must follow the below criteria :

• Students belonging to the general category must have scored at least 50% in their 10^th and 12^th examinations in any stream whatsoever.
• Reserved categories students must have at least 45% per cent ad their aggregate including both 10^th and 12^th level of study.
• Students who are not the resident of India must score good marks in their TOEFL exams and must have scored at least 50% in their senior secondary.

UG Admissions

• The mode of filling out the application is both offline and online.
• The students shall fill in the necessary and relevant details in the application form and any false information may lead to rejection of the application.
• The application fee is around 100-120 INR which is quite feasible.
• The documents such as a photocopy of the original Mark sheet of 10th 12^th, community and character certificate would be required for verification.
• The status will be updated on the portal regarding the selection of students.
