DCRUST Application Process

Students who want to be accepted into any undergraduate Ph.D. he or she can do so by completing an application form. Before completing the form the candidate is advised to prepare the required documents which must be completed on the application form.

• Click on the official website of the university.
• Click on “UG / PG / Ph.D. Acceptance
• Click “Apply Here”
• The application form will open, now start filling out the application form carefully.
• A scanned copy of the file size of 20 to 40 KB should be downloaded in jpeg format and a scanned copy of the signature size 10-20 KB.
• After filling in all the details click "Submit"
• The baptism candidate will then be taken to a payment gate, where payment can be made online using a Credit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking.
• A regular (and another) student also has to pay an INR 1000 registration fee while the Haryana SC candidates must pay an INR 250 registration fee.
• After making the payment the applicant will receive a registration number and password which can be used to make all other documents.

DOCUMENTS

• Payment receipt.
• Three Passport size photos.
• Certificates indicating detailed marks for all subjects in the eligibility tests.
• Matric / Hr. Second Examination Certificate as proof of age.
• Conversion Table / Formula showing the ratio between percent and CGPA qualifications.
• JRF valid school card (wherever applicable).
• Medical Competitive Certificate from the Medical Officer gazetted.
• Character Certificate (Appendix I).
• During the gap, if any, the candidate will submit an affidavit from a notary / first class magistrate confirming his or her good conduct.
• Haryana Resident Certificate.
• Certificate from Employer.
• SC / BC / EBP / PH / FF / DFF / ESM
• Parental announcement.
• Support certificate and release certificate.
• Income certificate from competent authorities

NOTE

• Candidates for the SC / ST / OBC election will be given a 5% rebate.
• Candidates can apply online.
• Candidates who have removed the JRF will be excluded from the entry examination.
• The candidate will qualify for the next round if he or she obtains at least 50% marks in the entrance examination.
• Entry Test will be a single paper containing 100 MCQs. This will be divided into two parts - Part A and Part B. Part A will have 50 MCQ based on the Research Method and Part B will have 50 MCQs that will be relevant to a particular topic. Each question will have one mark.
• A candidate can only apply for admission from one department or discipline.
