FACILITIES

College Facility Utilization and Maintenance have developed a system and procedures for maintaining and utilising physical, academic, and support facilities such as labs, libraries, sports complexes, computers, and classrooms.

The following operations are carried out to maintain and upkeep the infrastructure Institute facilities and equipment carried out by college:

1.Each department has a Stock Maintenance Committee that oversees the stock.

Throughout the year, register by personally confirming the things.

2. Annual stock verification is performed by the appropriate Department Head.

3. Laboratory personnel do routine maintenance on computer laboratory equipment.

The Lab Maintenance Committee oversees the assistant and the laboratory attendant.

4. The Campus Discipline and Cleanliness Committee is in charge of overall campus development the university

5. Institute Fourth Class Employees do regular cleaning of water tanks, appropriate waste disposal, pest control, landscaping, and grass upkeep.

6. Regular inspections are used to oversee college site maintenance.

7. Outsourcing is used for IT infrastructure maintenance and repair, such as PCs,Wi-Fi and broadband internet access are available. The lab does software updates assistants.

8. Outsourcing is used for woodwork, furniture, electrical, and plumbing repair.

9. An outsourced agent performs regular maintenance on the water cooler and water purifier.

10. The reading room is maintained, and the library's book supply is verified library personnel on a regular basis
