In 2004, Jan Nayak Ch. Devi Lal Vidyapeeth created the JCD College of Education in Sirsa, Haryana. The university is self-supporting and authorized by the Haryana government and NCTE. It is also associated with Sirsa's Ch. Devi Lal University. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council have awarded JCD (P.G.) Institute of Education an "A" grade of certification. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Master of Education (M.Ed), and Diploma in Education are now offered by the college (D.Ed). Admission
