K. S. Saket PG College is a government aided college which was established in 1951 by the Shri Saket Mahavidyalaya Samiti. Having tied up with the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University (RMLAU) . It had received its certification to the five disciplinary streams of Arts, science, commerce, law, computer applications and IT, education and many more courses offered by this college from the University Grants Commission (UGC) and also NAAC has accredited this college as a grade " B" . The academic session of the institute will be done as per the new education policy of 2024 which you can know in details from the official website of the central government of education.

Admission to this Institute will be done for the various undergraduate programs of Bachelor's of Arts (BA) , Bachelor's of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor's of Computer and Application (BCA), Bachelor's of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor's of Law (L.L.B) and Bachelor's of Science (B.Sc) as well as for the postgraduate programs of Master's of Arts (MA), Master's of Commerce (M.Com), Master's of Education (M.Ed) and Master's of Science (M.Sc). 

Eligibility criteria

For the UG Programs, the minimum requirement is the qualifications of HSE examination from any boards of examination with an aggregate of about 50+ weightage to your total Marks. File for the PC programs the minimum requirement as a qualification of bachelor's degree from any UGC recognised University with an overall about 55 + weightage to your total marks or grade points. Selection of the candidate will be done based on the merit as well as on the entrance based.
