This college has started working in 2001 and sdognet by the rehabilitation council of India New Delhi the main objective of this college is personal preparation in special education the college has received a very good performance cation from the assessment and gradiation council of rci in 2004 full stop it is focusing on providing special education and related services to children and youth college offers various services such as physiology lab counselling resource lab behaviour management and support etc. It is affiliated to KU Thiruvananthapuram.
