The year 1995 marked the beginning of operations for Mar Severios College of Teacher Education. The Malankara Catholic Archdiocese of Thiruvalla is in charge of the administration of the Self-Financing institution that is the college. It is a part of Mahatma Gandhi University, the parent institution.
