Established with the vision of improving healthcare and services in the year 2012, it is a unit of Nehru Educational and Charitable Trust. Nehru College of Nursing is located on Vellarampara Road, Vaniyamkulam in the state of Kerala. It is a private nursing college recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) in Delhi and approved by the Government of Kerala. It is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). The college has state of the art infrastructure with well-ventilated classrooms, computer lab, clinical laboratories, library, hostel accommodations for students and hospital. The college has good placement record at some of the best medical centres in the country.

Nehru College of Nursing Admission 2024 

The college runs only one course which is Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The course spans 4 academic years and has an intake capacity of 60 students. The course is taught by an experienced faculty consisting of 8 lecturers and 1 assistant professor. The admission is granted on the basis on merit as approved by the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). The admission to the course is done online. The candidates seeking admission have to fill the application form available on the official website of the college. The required documents are to be uploaded with the application form on the website itself. The candidates have to also submit a registration fee of INR1000 via online payment method.  Eligibility

In order to be eligible to apply for B.Sc. in nursing, the student must have passed 10+2 from CBSE/ ICSE/ State board or any other examination considered equivalent by the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) with at least 50% marks in Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) in English medium.
