About the college
Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre is a private medical college situated in Thiruvalla, Kerela. It was established in 2002.
It is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). It was started by Pushpagiri Medical Society registered under the Travancore Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act 1955.
It is also approved by MCI. The courses offered are MBBS, MD, MS and diploma.
Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre Admission 2024
The admission to the MBBS, MS and MD degree is only via National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET). The candidates above 18 can apply for this test. They have to clear the cut off for the college and sit for the counselling. During allotment choice they need to rank this college as their first priority.

Eligibility
The candidates who are above 18 and have appeared for the National Eligibility Entrance Test are only eligible for mbbs. For MD one must have a valid MBBS degree from a MCI approved college.
The candidates must have completed their 10+2 schooling from a recognised board.
For diploma one must have completed their 10+2 schooling from a recognised board. They have atleast 50 percentage marks.
UG course
The UG course offered is bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery. It is a 5.5 years course with a mandatory 1 year internship.
The diploma is a 1 year course offered to candidates who have completed their 10+2 schooling.
PG course
The PG course offered is MS or MD. It is a 2 years full time course. The candidates can choose their specialisation accordingly . They need to qualify the neet pg exam in order to be eligible.
