About the college

Shiv Savitri Mahavidyalaya was established in 2008 to produce professionally and ethically efficient students and provide them with the opportunity to become skilled persons and lower the social and education gap in society. The college faculty is quite friendly and allows students to be open and comfortable with them to ask for doubts or any other help. The college placement cell holds interviews with large companies and tries to expand the network of the students which will benefit them in the future. The college also has a top-quality infrastructure with the availability of free wifi 24/7 and also hostel and transportation facilities are made available to the students for their convenience.

Some of the popular courses that these college offers are the Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of business administration, bachelor of science, bachelor of physical education, bachelor of library and information science bachelor of computer applications, master of commerce, master of science, master of arts and master of commerce as well. The bachelor's courses are for 3 years whereas the Masters's courses are for 2 years respectively. The fee for the academic year can be seen in the prospectus thus provided by the university on its portal. The annual intake ranges from 50 to 100 students every year.

Eligibility

The students are required to have passed their 10+2 level of education with an average minimum of 50% marks in all subjects put together.
The students opting for master’s must hold a graduate degree in their field of discipline and must have proficiency in the English language as well.
Students opting for B.Ed must pass the common entrance exam conducted by the university with at least 55% marks only then they’ll be eligible for the course.
