Babasaheb Naik College of Engineering [BNCOE], Yavatmal is located in Yavatmal district and is run by Janata Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. The institute has been working for over 39 years now. The institute has taken steps to ensure student welfare in every aspect. Some of these initiatives include NSS, youth festivals, music club and mentor mentee scheme. The institute has been divided into departments such as Humanities, mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Artificial Intelligence and data science, electronics and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering. Eligibility 

Admissions to engineering courses are done on the basis of scores obtained in GATE examination. Eligible candidates are required to present their relevant degrees and certificates. The scores obtained in examinations conducted by the national body are to be presented at the time of admission counselling.

Process 

To get started with the admission process students are required to register themselves for admission counselling. To seek admission in 1st year engineering courses or master of education engineering courses and direct entry into second year through lateral entry programs, the student is required to disclose information such as name, City, district, caste, email id, mobile number, diploma or bachelor of engineering percentage, total marks obtained in PCM for 1st year, admission criteria, course you want to apply and branches of your interest by giving them ranking order 1, 2 and 3.
