About the College

The Bhadrak district in Coastal Odisha is home to Chandbali College. The precise date when the name "Chandbali" was first used cannot be determined. The Chandbali College was founded in June 1979 by educated young people under the direction of notable locals on a stunning, expansive campus that spans about 12 acres. The college's mission is to provide top-notch instruction to students from all backgrounds, regardless of location, religion, caste, or economic status, and to help them grow into well-rounded individuals with a sense of social responsibility. The college's intermediate arts/commerce courses and vocational programmes were accredited by Utkal University, Vanivihar, Bhubaneswar. Intending to enhance life quality through education, Chandbali College has worked tirelessly to emphasise the importance of "Access, Equity & Excellence" in higher education. To encourage high-quality research and training as well as exemplary academic activities, the college has transformed its goals into a strategic plan that is based on three fundamental objectives: to offer outstanding academic programmes, improve teaching & learning environments, and increase funding for the best infrastructure. The Chandbali College values and envisions plans and programmes to change the institution from its current status as a model degree-granting institution into an academic and research hub for the state of Odisha.
