Shri. Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Medical and Rural Development Foundation is located in Ahmednagar. The college was established in 1989. It was established in memory of the architect of the Maharashtra State, also the former chief minister and the pioneer of the Co-operative and Panchayat Raj movements in Maharashtra, Late Shri Yashwantraoji Chavan.
