Annammal College of Education for Women Admission 2024 | UG & PG Course Last Date

Annammal College of Education for Women is located in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. The college was established in 1962 as a private educational institute for girls. The college is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai. 

Annammal College aims to uplift women by giving them quality professional higher education to become empowered in the society. The college provides facilities like a library with a huge collection of books, computer lab with internet access, laboratories, sports, placement cell, medical facilities and canteen.

 

Annammal College of Education Admission 2024

The college offers Undergraduate course in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) for the duration of two years and a postgraduate course in Master of Education (M.Ed) for the duration of two years. Apart from this, the college offers M.Phil in Education for the duration of one year. 

 

Eligibility:

For the undergraduate course (B.Ed) students must have cleared their 10+2 examinations and they must have a graduation degree in any relevant subject with at least 50% marks. 

For the Postgraduate course (M.Ed) students must complete their undergraduate course in the same field with at least 45% marks. And for the M.Phil course in education students must clear their postgraduate course in the same field.

 

Undergraduate Admission:

Students who wish to apply for the undergraduate course can apply through filling in the online application form. The application form is available on the official website of the college. In the application form students need to fill personal and educational details along with uploading their documents.

 

Postgraduate Admission;

Application form for the postgraduate course is also filled online. For this too students need to fill in their details carefully and upload 12th certificate and a graduation certificate. 

For the M.Phil course students need to fill the online application form.
