 Annapurna Medical College Hospital is situated in Salem, Tamil Nadu. AMCH is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Guindy, Chennai, and recognized by the N.M.C. This college is a private college and was started in the year of 2001 and being approved by Ministry Of Health and Family Welfare Govt.Of India. This institution is located in NH-47, 16 km. from Salem city, Tamil Nadu. The college campus is spreaded over the land of 45.40 3/4 acres holds the state of the art College & Hospitals. A very large library is made available for thier staffs and medical students to serve the varied needs of its many readers efficiently. The wide collection of the library includes Journals, Medical Literature, Books and Reference sources. It's infrastructure is awesome with 2417 square metre area, 300 seating capacity for UG students, 100 seating capacity for PG students, 50 seating capacity for facilities and 12135 Books. It also provides hostel facility with health care services for thier students.The College is famous for its UG medical programs.

 

Annapurna Medical College Hospital Admission 2024

A student and get admission in this college in the MBBS course and BDS course admission process for the UG courses is to qualify meet using to get admission in this college experience are required to obtain minimum qualifying percentile marks in NEET 2024 entrance examination.

Minimum qualifying percentile for different categories of students are:

50 percentile for general

40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC

45 percentile for general PWD

40 percentile for the SC/ST/OBC PWD

 

Eligibility 

To get admission in MBBS courses and BBS courses, one must have completed its 10 + 2 from any recognised college or university from the stream of biology and have to qualify minimum required qualifing percentile marks in 2024 NEET entrance examination. The intake capacity of college is about 150 only. The course is of approx four years. the student also have to pass through the two phase of TN MBBS and BDS counselling procedure.
