About the college

Auxilium College of Arts and Science for Women is situated in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. Auxilium College of Arts and Science for women was vision that came to reality in the year 2007-2008. It is administered by the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco. The people of the villages around, never even dreamt to have their girl children to enter into the portals of the University and obtain a degree of their studies in Higher Educational Institution. The lamp lighted up does shine brighter, higher and attracts the simple and underprivileged young girls of the villages to chase away their ignorance through obtaining higher education. After so much of the struggle and sacrifices of the sisters, in the year 2007 Auxilium College received affiliation orders from the Bharathidasan University, Thiruchirapalli, for five courses and then started only with 3 students admitted in Department of English. The College provide infrastructural facilities like library, ICT Class Rooms and Seminar Halls. The College provide scholarship like government scholarship which includes SC / ST / SCC Scholarship, Merit cum Means Award, Farmer’s Children Welfare Scholarship or Minority Welfare Scholarship and Management Scholarship includes Institutional Management Scholarship for Poor Students, Institutional Management Financial support for Sports Students, Support from staff and students, PG Scholarship, IVDP Scholarship and ASIR Matching Fund Scholarship.

Auxilium College of Arts and Science for Women Admission 2024

Admission for the academic year (2023-24) will be offline and online. Applications and Prospectus for the academic year (2023 - 2024) are available offline and online on our website (www.auxiliumcollege.ac.in). However, submission of the filled-in online application can be done only after the publication of +2 results of the Tamil Nadu State Board.

Eligibility

The College provide admission in UG courses like B.A. English, B.A. Tamil, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc. Physics, B.Sc. Mathematics, B.Sc. Computer Science. To get admission in UG courses the candidate must have completed their 10+2 with the core subjects which they needed. And provide admission in PG courses like M.A. English, M.A. Tamil, M.Com, M.Sc. Physics, M.Sc. Mathematics, M.Sc. Computer Science. To get admission in PG courses the candidate must have completed their graduation with the core subjects which they needed for further study.
