Bharathiyar College of Education is located in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The college was established in 2005. Bharathiyar College is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college aims at making their students responsible citizens and future teachers of the country and look after the overall development of the Students and character building in pursuance of Tamil Culture. The college provides facilities like separate hostels for boys and girls, library, canteen, auditorium, medical facilities, computer lab with internet access, laboratories and seminar halls. The college also offers job oriented placements to the students.

The college only offers undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).  The duration of the course is two years. The total intake for the seats is hundred. The yearly fees for the B. Ed course is ₹46,500. Bachelor's in Education helps the students to follow their dreams to become teacher or professor in future

 

Eligibility:

 

The students who wish to apply for the undergraduate courses must complete their 10+2 examinations from any recognized board and their graduation in any relevant subject with at least 45% marks for the reserved category candidates and 50% for the general category students.

Students can apply for the undergraduate courses by filling in the online application form that is available on the college website. Admission is totally on the basis of the merit-list. Students need to fill in their personal details like name, parents name, contact number, email ID and address and their educational details like 10th scores, 12th scores and graduation marks. They need to upload their 12th certificate and graduation certificate.
